|
The keypad is used for startup and service. The basic MOVIDRIVE® version does not have a keypad and can be upgraded as an option.

HIPERFACE® encoder card type DEH11B
|
The option capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with the HIPERFACE® encoder card type DEH11B. The encoder card offers one input for the motor encoder and one input for an external encoder,
also referred to as synchronous encoder. The input for the external encoder can also be used as an output for incremental
encoder simulation.

Resolver card type DER11B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with resolver card type DER11B. The resolver card offers one input for the resolver as motor
encoder and one input for an external encoder, also referred to as synchronous encoder. The input for the external encoder
can also be used as an output for incremental encoder simulation.

Absolute encoder card DEH21B
|
The option capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with absolute encoder card type DEH21B. The absolute encoder card offers one input for the motor
encoder and one input for an external absolute encoder with SSI interface.

Absolute encoder card DIP11B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with absolute encoder card type DIP11B. Option DIP11B supplements MOVIDRIVE® with an SSI interface
for absolute encoders.

|
Interface adapter type DWE11B/12B
|
The DWE11B/12B interface adapter in the form of adapter cables is used to connect HTL encoders (single-ended HTL encoders
and push-pull encoders) to the DEH11B HIPERFACE® card.

|
Interface adapter type UWS21B
|
The UWS21B option converts RS-232 signals, for example from the PC, into RS-485 signals. These RS-485 signals can then be
routed to the XT slot of the MOVIDRIVE® basic unit.

|
Interface adapter type USB11A
|
Option USB11A enables a PC or laptop with a USB interface to be connected to the XT slot of MOVIDRIVE®. The USB11A interface adapter supports USB 1.1 and USB 2.0.

Input/output card type DIO11B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with input/output card type DIO11B. Option DIO11B expands the binary and analog inputs and outputs
of the basic MOVIDRIVE® unit.

PROFIBUS interface type DFP21B
|
The option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with the PROFIBUS interface type DFP21B. Option DFP21B is a 12-MBaud fieldbus interface for
the PROFIBUS-DP serial bus system. The principal task of PROFIBUS-DP is to transmit data in rapid cycles between central automation
units (PROFIBUS master) and decentralized peripheral units (such as drive inverters).

INTERBUS interface type DFI11B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with INTERBUS interface type DFI11B. Option DFI11B is an interface for the non-proprietary and
standardized serial INTERBUS sensor/actuator bus system. INTERBUS functions include a process data channel and parameter data
channel. Intelligent actuators such as the MOVIDRIVE® inverter can be controlled and parameterized in a user-friendly way.

INTERBUS LWL interface type DFI21B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with INTERBUS LWL interface type DFI21B. Option DFI21B is an interface for the non-proprietary
and standardized serial INTERBUS sensor/actuator bus system with fiber optic cables. INTERBUS functions include a process
data channel and parameter data channel. Intelligent actuators such as the MOVIDRIVE® inverter can be controlled and parameterized in a user-friendly way.

Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® DX61B units can be equipped with DFE11B/12B/13B/DFE24B/DFE32B/DFE33B Ethernet interfaces. Options DFE11B/12B/13B/DFE24B/DFE32B/DFE33B
are interfaces for connecting higher-level automation, project planning and visualization systems via Ethernet. You can use
options DFE11B/12B/13B/DFE32B/DFE33B to communicate directly with the inverters via Ethernet to change parameters and programs
and to operate the MOVITOOLS® MotionStudio software. An integrated Web server makes it possible for the user to access diagnostic values quickly and easy
using a standard browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). The DFE24B option provides a synchronous connection for motion control
applications.

DeviceNet interface type DFD11B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with Devicenet interface type DFD11B. Option DFD11B is an interface for connecting to higher-level
automation, project planning and visualization systems via the non-proprietary and standardized DeviceNet fieldbus system.

CAN/CANopen interface type DFC11B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with CAN/CANopen interface type DFC11B. The DFC11B option provides a potentially isolated second
CAN interface for connection to CANopen networks, or for communication via the MOVILINK profile which is specifically designed
for units from SEW-EURODRIVE.

Absolute encoder interface type DIP11B
|
Option-capable MOVIDRIVE® MDX61B units can be equipped with absolute encoder card type DIP11B. Option DIP11B supplements MOVIDRIVE® with an SSI interface for absolute encoders.

Synchronous operation board DRS11B
|
The DRS11B option enables a group of motors to run in angular synchronous operation or in an adjustable proportional relationship.
The basis for synchronous operation is the continuous comparison of the rotor angle positions of the master and slave motors.
The motors must be equipped with encoders for this purpose. The DRS11B option is plugged into the expansion slot.

Safety monitor DCS21B/DCS31B
|
Movements can be safely monitored using the integrated safety technology according to EN 954-1, safety categories 3 and 4.
Monitoring movements instead of shutting down machines makes for a great variety of process improvements and therefore offers
high saving potential.

|

|
The MOVITOOLS® MotionStudio program package allows you to conveniently start up and set parameters for MOVITRAC® B frequency inverters and MOVIDRIVE® MDX60/61B inverters.

MDR60A regenerative power supply
|
The MDR60A regenerative power supply can be used to supply several units with power via a central power supply connection.
In regenerative operation, the power is fed back into the supplying power supply. Using MDR60A saves energy and installation
work.
|
|
Braking resistor type BW
|
BW series braking resistors are available for operating MOVITRAC® B frequency inverters and MOVIDRIVE® MDX60/61B drive inverters as generators. With integrated temperature sensor, the resistor can be protected without external
monitoring.
|
|
Line choke type ND
|
ND series line chokes increase inverter overvoltage protection. This is an important characteristic in rough industrial power
supply systems, especially if the inverter is installed near a supply transformer.
|
|
NF...type line filter
|
NF type line filters are available for EMC compliant installation as specified by EN 55011. They suppress interference emissions
on the line side of inverters. These line filters ensure that limit value class B is maintained on the supply end.
|
|
Output choke type HD
|
HD series output chokes suppress interference emitted from unshielded motor cables. They enable the motor to meet limit value
class B requirements in accordance with EN 55011 in EMC-compliant installations. Output chokes provide an alternative to shielded
motor cables in EMC-compliant installations.
|
|
Output filter type HF
|
HF series output filters are sine filters that smooth out inverter output voltage. Output filters are used for group drives
to suppress discharge currents in motor cables and for long motor cables to prevent voltage peaks.
