PSF/PSKF series
|

The
low backlash PSF/PSKF planetary servo gear units from SEW-EURODRIVE
in single-stage and two-stage versions are, thanks to their structural
design, very compact and allow for high torque and overhung loads.
They are available in eight sizes with high torsional rigidity and
cover a torque range of 25 ... 3000 Nm (220 ... 26550 in-lb). They can
be accelerated with torques of up to 4200 Nm (37170 in-lb).

PSBF series
|
|
The
low-backlash PSBF planetary servo gear units feature extremely high
torsional and pull-out rigidity. Five sizes cover a rated torque
range of 55 ... 1750 Nm (490 ... 15490 in-lb) and can be driven with
acceleration torques of up to 2500 Nm (22130 in-lb). The interlocking
connections throughout ensure high safety factors and do not allow
for positioning deviation through molecular movement, as is the
case with a hollow shaft mounting system. The compact design of
the flange block version saves installation space and costs since
there is no need for additional clamping rings and coupling elements.

BSF series

Right-angle
drives are often used when there is a limited amount of space that
does not allow for drives to be installed lengthwise. The new low-backlash
BSF helical-bevel servo gear units enable servo applications to
be driven "around the corner". The following versions are available:
BSF series two-stage helical-bevel servo gear
units have high-endurance helical-bevel gear components that are
not subject to wear.
The bevel gear
output stage and helical gearing of the input gear stage are quiet
and have low backlash. Helical-bevel servo gear units are available
with a 40 ... 1500 Nm ( 346 ... 12977 in-lb) torque range, with <6
or <3 angular minute circumferential backlash and acceleration
torque up to 1910 Nm (16523 in-lb).
