MOVIFIT^® basic has been specifically designed for intralogistics applications.

For years, the components of the decentralized drive system of SEW-EURODRIVE have ensured the cost-effective and efficient implementation of material handling systems.

The new product MOVIFIT^® basic was deliberately reduced to the required functions and features. The consistent integration of energy distribution using state-of-the-art and reliable quick-connect technology makes for extremely short installation times and reduces investment costs for systems even more.

This decentralized inverter completes the drive portfolio of SEW-EURODRIVE in the lower function range. The power sections can be used as frequency inverters up to 1.5 kW and as motor starters up to 4 kW or 2 x 2.2 kW. MOVIFIT^® basic combines an innovative unit structure with pluggable connection technology making project planning, installation, and startup extremely easy. An energy bus is integrated for field installation. Communication is carried out via AS-Interface or standardized binary signals.

MOVIFIT^® basic units are available in 8 variants with uniform housing and dimensions. The energy for AC 3 x 400 V is distributed via the FieldPower^® terminal block from Weidmüller, which is integrated in the unit. Two sensors can be connected to the unit in addition to the drive function when using AS-Interface. These are signaled to the system controller via AS-Interface master without additional costs and can then be processed in the system controller. All units have a local service interface. This interface allows for easily connecting an intuitive keypad for setting parameters or setting up the decentralized inverter.
